Partition question?

I have a drive set up into 4 partitions, I only want 2. When I do a fresh install of Windows XP home, I delete the partitions, but it won't let me create only 2. Do I have to use Fdisk?

I create 2 partitions all the time.

If you use Partition Magic you can change your partitions from 4 to 2 without losing any data. no need to re-install Windows if you don't want to. Also a programe included with PM is drive mapper which will scan your programs and reasign drive letters so all programes still run even though your CD-Rom drive letters will have changed. Ver 8 also allows you to change from Fat32 to NTFS and back again if you wish.
