Partition Magic and Raid on Abit KT7A

I have tried to partition my 40G HD Raid-0 array and it just doesn't work. do I need to use the windows disk to partition the disk and if I do will it destroy all the existing data?
 
what do you mean by it doesn't work?
Does PM identifies the raid array as a single drive?
If not, then flash to the latest bios and try again!
I think all bioses before ww had problems recognizing HD's attached to the second HPT controller in dos.
