Hi,

I just installed. Partition Magic 7.0 on my computer with Win XP using Sb Live Value card and Gameport Live.

I am having audio problems.

All is well using Win XP. Sound and video is present.

However, when I go Win 98....I get no audio at all.
I go into Systems and it tells me all okay and working fine.
But..when I click on a audio file..it tells me the hardware is not there.

I am trying to play a game called The 11th hour..and it keeps on telling me it can't find the DIG.INI file.

I can't play this game in Win XP because it needs DOS.

If hardware is no good that it's no good altogether. Why would it work in Win XP and not in Win98.

I took out my Drivers CD and used the SB LIVe setup for installation under Win98 but still no good.

Any ideas anyone?

r u sure that there's no resource conflict on Win98?? check the Device Manager. mmm... otherwise, remove it from there and re-install. Or plug it on another PCI slot :D
btw, what's your system? i read that SB Live has some anomalise with certain peripherals, chek on hardware websites :)
