Partition cloning/copy/move software?

Had a quick search but couldn't find any pertinent threads - what's the recommended free software for moving a Windows OS partition to another hard disk?

I used to use Partition Magic but it stopped working when Vista came along. A quick Google came up with a prog called EASEUS Disk Copy - any good? Any other suggestions?

Just noticed the OCZ Vertex has dropped in price and I was thinking of grabbing a second one and doing a raid0, hoping I don't need to reinstall everything.

acronis disk director has never failed me. payed $50 for it years ago, and i know they have a vista version.

Check your HD manufacturers website. Seagate lets you download a free copy of Acronis Drive IMage (they call it Seagate Discwizard). It works only if it can see a Seagate drive in your system, or something like that.

Look near the bottom of the page.

For partitioning software, if you need it, use gparted.

Edit: Out of curiousity, i poked around a bit and found Clonezilla and Partimage.

I don't think they are free, but I've heard good things about: image for windows (or something like that) & drivesnapshot

I use Acronis True Image.
