I have a friend who is looking to getting in PC gaming, he is pretty noobish and doesn't have much money to blow on a new rig.

I am wondering if anyone has parts to sell so I can piece a decent rig together for him.

It should be decent enough to run ARMA II, Portal, Diablo 3.
