Partial Directory Tree Copy

I have Vista 32 Home Premium , and would like to do a copy of a directory tree , but only the top 1 or 2 levels .
Is there some easy way to do it ?
I've tried searching but without success .

Replace X with number of levels

Take a look at Robocopy. It can do it with the following switch,

/LEV:n : Only copy the top n LEVels of the source tree.
