Part time IT positions - Do they exist?

Both my wife and I are strongly considering going part time in the next couple of months. I'm hoping that we can both stay in IT but I rarely see part time postions on the net or in the papers. Anyone out there a part time IT person?

Many (most) universities have part-time support positions but they may be for students only.

Hmm interesting, there's a lot of local universities/colleges in my area, I'll have to check those places out.

Do hospitals and other medical centers tend to have a part time IT staff

Hey thats a great idea, I never thought of that before. We're not looking to make a ton of money, just enough to pay a small mortgage and a few bucks to play with
