Hey guys,
The dome light in my girlfriend's '06 corolla hasn't been working right. It only lights up when the button is physically pressed upwards. I took it apart and found out that the switch has two broken tabs on it, which prevent proper contact from being made.
Now, I'm trying to find out how much a replacement assembly is, but I can't for the life of me figure out what the part number is. I've googled for "06 Corolla dome light" and variants, but can't find a single thing except replacement bulbs.
The only thing I found written on the assembly it self was "63D" and "PP-TD30," neither of which turn up results. If it isn't terribly expensive, I'll just replace the whole assembly. Otherwise, I'll just try and glue something onto the switch to keep it in contact.
