Anandtech went right back to using average FPS numbers for some of its 290X review, they don't even list a minimum. They have shown little interest in doing FCAT or frame time reviews at all since that was published.

There is a reason pcper.com is the place breaking a lot of the state of the art stories right now in regards to stutter and gsync. Anandtech is a long way behind everyone else for GPU reviews and falling further and further behind. The architecture/features parts of their reviews are great, but their numbers are normally bad. There are at least some traces in the 290X review, but not everywhere.
