he is a stuntman/olympic gynmnast who messed up his leg before beijing, he was favored to be gold I think. He also runs a parkour training class somewhere if i recall

1st guy has more impressive moves, although he is using springboards and safety mats and stuff like that mostly.

these guys have less impressive moves but there is not a single safety mat in the video.
