parked car outside in the sun, gone for a week now CD player isn't working?

this happen to anybody else? This was in socal during a hot week.

Did you leave a CD in the player by accident? It might have melted inside. Heat inside a car can do some pretty amazing stuff. There used to be a video store near my parent's house that had a tape on display at the counter with a sign saying it had been left in a hot car all day. This thing was so melted and bubbled it was incredible.

cd won't melt until it gets to like 400 degrees.
