I think that generally, PA-RISC does better at S@H than at RC5.

The later, more expensive ones (PA-RISC 8600 @ 552mhz) gets about 2.2kkey/mhz or so, while the older versions (PA-RISC 8200's) seem to get around 2.0/kkeys/mhz or less, depending upon how old.

Seems a lot like the US's, which are far better at S@H than they are at RC5, infact, most all RISC processors seem that way except for the PowerPC series, which do well at both. It would be interesting to see how the POWER architecture fairs here.
