I've been checking out all the Parhelia reviews and none of them have mentioned overclocking to the best of my knowledge. I could be wrong though since skimmed through most of em. Anyways it seems like the low core speed is holding the board back. If the core could be OC'ed to 250mhz maybe a little more I'm sure it would be a much more capable part. The performance isn't even necessarily bad as it is but with a faster core I'm sure it would be closer to the 4600. Persoanlly, I think I'll be buying one this summer since it has a lot to offer and it's def. a lot faster than my GF2 GTS 64mb. I'm just hopin we'll be able to OC it. Anyone know if somethin is out there in the control panel or somethin? Or maybe its there and i missed it.....

with 80m transistors on a .15micron process... you're not going to overclock it much.

Maybe not, but everyone seems to like the board layout and the high quality components. Also, it looks to have pretty decent core cooling even stock.
