...Because I sure as Hell don't want to see your kid peeing or taking a dump on the ground out in the parking lot. Some dumbass couldn't be bothered to take his kid back inside the grocery store to use the bathroom there, so he had his kid doing his business on the ground next to their truck.
 
Wait till you have children. Taking a dump is bad. But I have had to pull over numerous times because thie kids swore they could not make it to the bathroom. Its a better alternative than cleaning out a new car.

I have seen this a few times in the Walmart parking lot. and everytime it was clearly a illegal migrant worker and his kid.

They were outside a grocery store! The parents were just too lazy to walk their child back into the store to use the bathroom! Now, I've had to go on the side of the road before, but those were emergencies.
