What does your kid LOVE? what games, foods, dvds, etc?
I need a suggestion for a birthday gift for my 2 year old nephew. There is no limit on the price. I have to beat my sister and brother on best gift!!! 😛

Surely any 2 year old would love to own a Skyline R34 GTR. If not send it my way.

Sorry just neffing around. 😉

i went into this thread thinking "hmmm i didn't know weezergirl had a child...."

anyways... i don't know 😛 i heard there's this guy called sponge bob that kids like...

Inflatable Ball Pit. Just make sure to get 300 extra balls. No, I'm not kidding. I ended up buying a box of 500 from a playground wholesaler. We used over 2/3 of the box's contents to fill the pit.

No, they're not mine, I'm the overindulgent uncle.

2 year olds have the attention span of .... well, of a 2 year old. They'll likely be playing with the box instead of the toy within 5 minutes.
In fact, that's actually a good idea ... my son had a ball with a big box of styrafoam peanuts that a gift from his grandpa sent ... they stuck to everything from the static 🙂
Messy though.

My daughter was really into Fisher-Price Little People stuff from around 18 months and still plays with them a lot. She's 3.5 now.
You can build a whole play city with all the different sets they have.
My son liked them a lot too.
But the best present we ever got our kids was a play kitchen. We got it when our oldest (boy) was around 5 and my daughter was 2. They both loved it and my youngest daugther (the 3.5 yr old) has been playing with it for a long time.
All three of them have spent so many hours playing with it.

Depends on the kid.
At 2, they can spend really get into playing with certain toys.

Get him something constructive, like a children's art set or something. Nothing fancy, maybe some crayons and washable markers, and some coloring books.

My 3 year old thought Finding Nemo and Monsters Inc were too scary.

but Sesame Street and Bob the Builder are always popular.

Cool. Great ideas you guys! I might get him a little art set, but definitely something washable 😉 Last time I visited him he was starting to scribble and could hold crayons/pencils. sooo cute!

That's a way cute pic of your god daughtery Ivy! Here's one of my nephew 🙂
