i want to make a wall calendar (monthly) for my 5 year old son. i want him to be able to see his daily schedule (along with when he is with his mother and when he is with me), so he can have a sense of how the weeks go. i also want to put his school's events, gyms days, library days, etc.

it needs to be big enough to fit all the above information. simple enough for a 5 year old to understand (i.e. lots of pictures, i suppose). easily modifiable for the changing months.

any tips on pre-made calendars? or good tips on making one from scratch?

LOL LOL LOL

Dear noob,

Repeating LOL three times does not further enhance your sentences. Please refrain from posting or consider the use of a single LOL. Again, preferably stop posting.

Have a nice day,

Go to a teachers supply store. They have big calendars similar to the ones kids use in the classroom. You can make your own graphics or buy a set (if they're appropriate to you/your son).

I have a dry-erase calender for the same purpose. It's probably about 24"x18" and the kids get a kick out of writing in the new dates at the beginning of the month, counting off the days to special events, etc. Got it at Walmart I think.
