Parents have vonage phone service and I want to establish a wireless network how do i do it?

I have a Lynksys Wireless Router WRT54GS and my parents have a broadband service with Vonage as well. Will it be a problem if I do this? Would their Vonage service experience any disruption? How do I do it?

plug the WRT54G into the cable/dsl modem, then plug the Vonage box into the linksys.
