Parent's DSL- Faster upload than download?!

verizon DSL (768/256) but only getting 105 / 132

Somehow my parents dsl connect now shows faster upload than download.

How do i fix it?

You have the rare and secret server router...

all kidding aside, how are you seeing your upload speed? if you're using an online test run it a few times and get the averages
