Parcel Post to Hawaii?

Does the USPS do Parcel Post to Hawaii, considering that Parcel Post is ground?
I shipped a package using Parcel Post to Hawaii, the tracking showed it has been processed at some USPS facility. However, it hasnt been updated since February 1st.

Yes you can. And sounds about right. I purchased some parts from someone in alaska and he sent them via parcel post and they took a little over 3 weeks to get to me.

Surface is a better word than ground. as in surface of the ocean 😉

Oi,don't cheap out the few bucks, you will regret shipping Parcel Post.
Last time I parcel to Hawaii, it took 4 weeks.
I refunded the money because I thought it's lost.
