I'm trying to use this to diagnose my friend's computer... but transporter keeps blabbing about not finding the right drivers and wanting to reinstall...

well, doesn't seem to work. Has anyone had any success with this program?


apparently, I've solved my own problem... by rebooting a second time on the client machine. I didn't do anything but that.. (i already rebooted before because of the installation). Go figure.
