I wasn't going to upgrade to Parallels 4.0, but now that they are offering this special.. I was going to see if anyone was interested in going in half and half. Either one of us could purchase it and paypal the other $40, then we each keep one serial. 🙂

If you only need one copy and don't want to bother with this, the Apple website has a $20 rebate on Parallels 4.0 - I just bought it there the other day.
 
Amazon has it for $10 off retail plus a $20 rebate with free shipping. Works out to $49.95 after rebate.
