I am writing a history paper on the Battle of Stalingrad. Under normal circumstances, I would have chosen a person to write a paper on, but this one I could not find a person someone else hadn't already signed up for so I chose a Battle. Now, my problem is that I do not know how to structure this paper. Its only 4.5 pages long so thats not too bad.

I do not need help writing the paper. I just need to know how to structure it.

Thanks.

You'll need a thesis. An interesting one would be to explain why the Germans never won

Start with:

Intro: Explanation of how the battle came to be
German situation
Russian situation
Why the Russians won
Ramficiations of the battle for the war itself

That should be 4.5 page easy

Just talk about key people, regiments, turning points, weapons, geography/topography, weather, etc etc. First things that come to mind and I typed because I'm bored.

I gotta agree with mo0o on this one. 4.5 pages isn't nearly long enough to go into details that eveoman is talking about. You may want to touch on those, but I would stick to the main topics mo0o mentioned. And if you ever get bored, just do a little research with the russion part of CoD :D
