Paper shredder question...cleaning it.

My shredder seems to collect shredded pieces along of the blades. Is this normal? I pulled the plug and dug all of it out.

Lube lightly with sewing machine oil.

I bought a bottle of the lube at OM and oil the page to I shred that every couple of weeks. But what about the paper jam around the cutting blades?

Carefully dig it out/blow it out.
