I can?t believe that the Pope urges his followers to save the planet.

It wasn?t long ago that he condemned many western nations for having birth control & negative population growth.

Is the Pope suddenly realized that science is more believable & productive than believing in praying to the Christian God to save his minions.

Pope urges save planet "before it is too late"

Last time I looked the Pope isn't praying to christain god but rather a catholic one. But what's the diff? They are both whacked out organized religions.

Seems to me that the dude is trying to wake up some of the people . I'm with him ... We should be spending massive ammounts of money on Science to come up with a solution to fix the problem and we better do it with some urgency...

I can believe it... Can You?

It is a big surprise for me to hear environment science being preach instead of praying to God for manna, promise land, bread, wine, and fish.

the reason the catholic church rejects birth control is because they believe that sex should be for procreation (homosexual sex is immoral in their eyes for the exact same reason, though homosexuality itself is not). it has nothing to do with a rejection of science, but thanks for trolling.

Therefore people should procreate & consume more of the environment.

I think the pope would argue that therefore people should stop screwing around if they don't want kids... but wtf does this even have to do with the pope at an eco rally?

It's too bad you dropped out before they had a chance to rid you of your ignorance. And by 'it' I mean both the Church and school.
