good pizza...and the delivery guy said he would stop and pick me up smokes on the way!!!! Now that's customer service!

I had a Papa Johns driver pick me up a case of beer once. Of course, the driver was my friend so I don' t think that counts.
 
A Listing of Franchise Pizza Joints in my area and my preference:

1) Donatos - Large Pepperoni Pie.

2) PapaJohns - Large Pie with Bacon & Onion, cooked well.

3) Dominos - Large pie with Bacon, Ham, Onion, Mushrooms and extra sauce.

I've been ordering online since that service was first available. Over the last few months, they've been getting the pizzas here within 20 minutes from the time I click the send button, to the time he's at the door, and we're pretty far out from them!
 
I love the seasoning packet that they included with my pie orders when I lived near one. Do they still include that? The closest one now is too far for delivery and even further for a pickup. 😛

Mine always comes fairly quickly...but I order alot, and they know that I tip well
 
heh... papa johns or pizza hut... i'll take either one... pizza hut seems to take their delivery right up to the time they said it'll get there... papa john's varies... from 15 minutes after you order to 30... not bad. 🙂

Pizza hut is SLOW for me. An hour and a half for a pizza is insane, even when you tell the customer ahead of time. Papa johns on the other hand is speedy, under 30 minutes every time.
