Pantone colors in excel?

Can I specify chart colors as Pantone matches for the purposes of printing?

Or do I have to export them as EMF, load into illustrator, change the color, export as EPS, and then import into publisher?

Ouch.

As far as I know, Excel does not support spot colors, as it relies on the OS color pickers (at least on OSX).
