Well, we've got a perfect record till next season! Anyway, what can I say. Our offense didn't show up until late in the 2nd quarter, and by the time we got things going in the 2nd half our defense was already exhausted. Viniatieri came up short in the first half but it was the Panthers' Kasay who (arguably) cost us the game in the final moments. Hell, I'm just glad it wasn't a blowout...I was getting worried there!
So on to the subject of this thread. How many Monday Night Football berths have the Panthers earned in 2004/2005? I'm guessing at least one home and one away, and I'm also guessing one game will be against division rivals Tampa Bay (that game with 3 blocked kicks is an instant classic!) I don't know if we have New England on the non-conference schedule, but that would be my guess for a second game. Other candidates include division rivals Atlanta and New Orleans, and also the Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers. Panthers fans, what do you think?
