srsly, if you find yourself at an indian restaurant that has this stuff, get it. so fucking good.

basically crunchy "balls" that you poke a hole into, stuff with potato mixture, then dip into this crack green sauce that came straight from the heavens and shove the whole thing into your mouth

result = explosion of flavor and textures

different places make it differently. i've had them "pre-stuffed" and "stuff yourself".

Edit: Leave out the corn from Pav bhaji though. I tend to dislike it because of that.

Edit 2: These are veg. dishes if anyone is interested.

We used to use the burger buns, now we use the Hero rolls done on an electric grill with a light application of garlic butter.

I hate Dosas for some reason. I've tried it many times (at restaurants and home made too) and never liked it.

A fantastically tasty ... yet horribly unhealthy Indian snack food is Sev. My Indian buddies would bring authentic Sev back from India ... and the taste was fantastic.

I had a masala dosa to follow up the pani puri; the cashier was soooo surprised that I ordered pani puri. It was the "holy shit you know what pani puri is?" look. Next time I'm gonna try the sev puri.
