Panflow 90

If I use the panflow to cool my cpu, do I get one with a 4 pin connector or one with a three pin and directly plug it into the motherboard?

I know its a silly question but I want to make sure I dont fry my MB

Depends on the power draw from the fan. For a 92mm Panaflo, I'm sure you'll be fine plugging the 3 pin into the motherboard.

Nowadays 15 watts is the most I'd put through a header, and no more than an amp. But some Asus boards can do 30 watts combined on all headers, and 2 amps.
