Panflo Fans & RPM Moniering?

I have a couple Panaflos with 3 pin connectors, but they do not appear on MBM.
My Vantec and generic fans show up just fine.
Do Panaflos have an RPM sensor lead, or is the ?s? lead something else?
Do I have the wrong setting in MBM? Do I need a different program to monitor them?
 
Thanks for the reply; more research basically came up with somes a do and somes a donts.

Just seems weird they would have a pin labeled S and not supply the sensor.

Oh well, at least I just installed an new Theralright SI-97 and a paniflo 92mm, and this weekend I am going to cut by case up to put in a 92 paniflo exhaust to replace the loud 80mm I have there now.
