I can't install Panda for some reason. Whenever I try to remove it in the add/remove programs, it tells me setup failed to initialize (8x32465343) or something similiar. Whenever I try to terminate Panda using CTRL ALT DEL it tells me Operation could not be completed. A device attached to the system is not function. Have tried reinstalling Panda, but it will not install. I click the installation but nothing happens. have restarted a few times, but to no use.
