Is it "made due" or "made do?" The expression meaning "got by with limited resources" that I've seen either way...which one is it?

Atlanta [Braves have] made due this season with a bunch of youngsters, sporting 10 rookies on the roster as recently as Friday.

Maybe it's a pronunciation thing that misleads you to think that both are intended? The correct expression is "make do".

It's made do.

It's fvckin sad though. Harry Potter is like the most anticipated and planned novel of the decade, and right there on page 10 - PAGE 10!!!

The site, therefore of Fudge stepping out of the fire once more, looking disheveled and fretful and sternly surprised that the Prime Minister did not know exactly why he was there, was about the worst thing that had happened in the course of this extremely gloomy week.

Never mind the fvcking run-on, the misuse of adjectives, WTF is with "site"? JHFC WTF is the fvcking editorial staff that can't even fvcking read and rely on fvcking microsoft's fvcking paperclip to fvking tell them how to do their fvcking jobs!?!?!

It's make do, or made do.

I made do with that white sugar since I was out of brown sugar. I can make do with raspberries since we don't have blueberries.

if you make do, you're getting by with what you have.
if you make due, its like you're getting something finished by the time its done.

however, the colloquialism that you're thinking of is to make do. to make due is when someone says something like "it's time you've made due" i.e. its time you earn your keep, or something like that (in that context)

EDIT: here, have fun.
