This is a very good tv, I own the 32 inch model and couldn't be happier...unfortunately I paid more than this for the 32 inch model.

Can't find any reviews that test out the input lag on the TV. Price is pretty hot for an IPS panel, but 1366x768 res is kinda meh.

Why would someone want this over a the 42 inch plasma model that is around 500?

I also have the 32" model of this. absolutely beautiful picture and I love it. I think it might even be better than my 42" toshiba I have in the living room.
