panasonic lx-3 raw format vs leica dlux-4 raw

apparently there is only one app that reads the raw format of the panasonic lx-3 camera, SILKYPICS. Does anyone have any info about support by a different vendor (ACR, Lightroom, phase one)? Apparently the Leica DLUX4 is the same camera and its files are readable by phase one's Capture 4.0. However, there is a slight difference in the header info of the raw file that prevents Capture Pro from reading images from the panasonic. Does anyone have any info on the raw format of the leica dlux4?
