Outpost.com has the Panasonic 256mb SD card FAR + shipping (cheapest about $5).
Rebate information on the product page says $30 rebate expires 10/21. But clicking the link brings up an older rebate. I've called outpost.com before about an expired rebate being shown on a different product, and they emailed me the new rebate. So you may have to call to get the new one, or wait it out.
Either way they're obligated to give you the right rebate.
