bgmicro.com used to have the best prices, when u could get them for $1.99 in 10+ quantities. the price is now $3.19 for less than 10 and $2.75 for 10 or more. still a great price for awesome fans.

lazybum550, you're true to your handle. 🙂 If you read my response to almost the exact same question you asked in http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.cfm?catid=37&threadid=723820 then you would know (if you're willing to trust my messages 🙂) that the Panaflos that bgmicro stocks are the L1As.

Just picked up a set of 3 panaflos w/ 4 pin adapters brand new on Ebay for $22.50 shipped. I was thrilled w/ that price, but I did not see anymore and I had watched these for awhile. People seem to like the Panaflos. Maybe you can find some cheap on there also 🙂.

MPJA also has cheap panaflos. $2.95 each, $2.49 for 12+. $15 min order.
They also have some snazzy black fan grills. I got 10 for $.59 each a few months ago, they've unfortunately raised the price since then.
