Cut the 3 pin connector off an old fan and solder/heatshrink/etc the black wire to the - wire of the panaflo and the motherboard + wire to the + wire of the panaflo. The panaflo hub sticker has a little key to which wire is which, the motherboard connector... well, it's probably in the manual.

ok, found a grainy pic. See this sort of thing ? http://www.overclockers.com/tips766/7v12.jpg

the 3 pin connector with only two wires. The middle wire is the + (red) and the wire on the right is the -/ground (black).

The other option would be to buy one of those adapters they picture, cut the male end of that 3 pin connector off, and solder your panaflo wires to the fan wires to make the connection.
I am assuming that this is a non-RPM monitoring panaflo and your motherboard doesn't require such things.

Just in case you think your panaflo is too loud... http://www.overclockers.com/tips766/ 7 volt mod.
