Panaflo - High speed or Ultra high speed??

I'm going to get the XP90C heatsink... and I'm looking for a 92mm fan for it. What does everyone recommend as far as the fan speed?

I'm not doing HEAVY overclocking, just a minor tweak or two... however, it's almost summer and it gets pretty warm here, so I don't want anything to cook in the SoCal heat!!

Should I get the H1A or the U1A? Is the U1A extremely loud, or is it not noticeable?
