Usually you have to buy the tail...Nice thing about Panaflo's is that they plug into the fan...You can buy the plug in tail from many online vendors...Some two wire that just provide the 12 volt and negative line and for the models ending with BX that have RPM monitoring you will need a three wire plug in tail.
