Panaflo 120 mm Ultra L1A, M1A or U1A

I was mainly interested in the amount of noise this produced, from someone who actually has experience using this fan.

I'm debating between the H1A, and U1A.

If the U1A isn't exceptionally loud, I will probably pick one of those up shortly..

Thanks

I plan on buying this U1A within the next week or so for an exhaust fan as well as for my XP-120 that I'll be ordering shortly.

bump

anyone know of some good sites to pick up panaflo 120mm fans?

ive been looking around and i think im going to stick with a 120mm M1A or L1A.

thanks

i ended up ordering from www.nexfan.com

checked with both companies, and they both have the new panaflo stock with support for rpm monitoring (which i didnt know was available until i visted sidewindercomputer.com)

nexfan.com was 8.99 plus 6.99 shipping. (supports rpm output)

sidewinder was 15.95 + sh (supports rpm output)

jab-tech was 11.99 + sh (no response via email on if this is new stock or the old panaflos that dont support rpm output)

edit: double checked jab-tech panaflo 120mm specs and it is the older model that does not support rpm output.

yep.

The Japanese Panaflows are quieter and more efficient than their Chinese counterparts, hence people are willing to pay a premium for their performance.
