The preview says that the new core runs at 1.4V and that all socket A mobos (providing they stayed with AMD's design) will run the new processor.
Your bios needs to run the VCore at lower voltages as well.
My A7V133 will drop down to 1.1V while my K7T Turbo only drops down to 1.5.
I imagine that most mobos will get a bios update supporting the lower VCore, or at least I hope they do
