well i wrote palo alto and i think the customer service guy got sick of me since they only sell direct to people who can buy 2000+ cases a month of something. ehehhe anyway, he said that ajump.com has been contacted and they sell their cases now. only took me 5 e-mails over 3 weeks to get the info
