i have a zire 72
it has that new intel cpu that runs at 312Mhz but is said to be more powerful that intels xscale 400mhz cpus
i jus got MMplayer and it can play divx, xvid and other mpeg4 things
but no matter what i encode, no matter what res or how small a bit rate i use...this thing skips frames like theres no 2moro
currently jus re-encoded top gear, its only 107mb
audi bit rate is 64kbps on mp3
vid bit rate is 32kbps on divx codec with 24bit sample size
the res is only 320x180
and 25fps
plus theres this wierd flicker wen camera angles change
what can i do to make it run things smoothe?
also theres a few probs with synching even tho its drop frames to catch up and i did set the sound to only 32000Hz and its in stereo
video and audio cache activity shows no more than half the video cache is being used, and the audio cache is hardly being used at all
