I just bought a Palm Zire 31 and it is the first time that I have ever used a handheld. I've been trying to get a ebook onto the device, or rather the multimedia card but the files I have are all in either Microsoft Word, plain text, or Adobe formats...none of which are recognizable by any of the Zire's programs. How can I convert these files into a format compatible with Palm's PalmReader program? Just what exactly is a "real" ebook?
Also, I've been transfering files to the multimedia card through HotSync, but I can't find a function that allows me to move MMC files back onto the computer so the file transfer is only one way for some reason. Anyone know how?
