Best Buy has it for that price too... I had to call around though... about the same price as anywhere online (179ish + shipping), so I paid about 195ish (179 + tax) I figured that I'd rather go into the B&M instead of having to wait for shipping since it was the same price anyways.

i have a palmVx, i think it would be better to get the clie 320, specs basically the same and you get expansion.

the palmVx is super thin and you can get a nice clamshell case for it, but yes the clie is sOOooOOo much cooler. I want the T415!!!! Waiting for it to drop a little and use the 40 off 200 at staples!

When the Palm Vx first came out it demanded a $449 premium.

Apparently, my local Office Max got a new manager. I was in there last Friday night and bought a Palm IIIxe for $35. Looked like they were cleaning house of old stock and oddball customer returns and stuff that had been piling up.

Hmm is Staples running this Palm Vx for $179.....with $30 off it would be a nice PDA for $149 or add a $20 item and get it free and the Palm for $159 with a $40 off coupon.

New to the world of PDA's...what's the difference btw the Palm III/V/VII vs. the newer Palm m-series (m105, m125, m505)?
From a quick glance, they seem relatively comparable.

the 500/505 can use expansion cards... and the 505 is in color as well... although the color is not so great...

btw, as I recall OD has 20% off $50+ coupon floating around.. can you use it at B&M? can help sweeten the deal a little more... or the $30 off $100, if that one's still available

I have a WorkPad C3, same as a Palm Vx but black.
Go with the iPAQ. I bought one 2 weeks ago and it totally blows away the Palm. Only problem is it's twice as thick, but even the Palm with its slipcover wasn't entirely comfortable in my pocket anyway.
