I've got a problem with my Palm V, for some reason I can't figure out it's become miscalibrated such that I need to press about half an inch up and to the right in order to select things. This means that I can't select the options menu in the top-right of the screen and thus can't get to the calibration utility. Can someone give me an idea as to how I can fix this problem?
Many Thanks

Somewhere in the settings or programs it'll have a thing where you can calibrate the screen. I'm sure its there so keep looking for it.

dude! he said he is not able to click on the options menu! read the post before you reply!

Woodchuck2000: You could try reseting the palm by pressing the reset button at the back of the Palm, I tried that when my Palm was giving trouble and I did not lose any data. You might want to back up your data to the PC before you try that though.

Hope this helps.

I think this is a common Palm V problem. Mine started doing the exact thing. It got so bad it was unusable.

I ran into somebody that pointed me to this: Redigi

It really helped. It will help you calibrate it when you need it. This made the Palm usable until I saved enough money to replace it. After I started using redigi, I would still have to calibrate about 3 times a week.

Hope that helps ya.

Tornado - Thanks for the advice, but resetting doesnt seem to clear calibration.

Artemedes - Excellenté, sorted the problem out very easily.

Thanks a lot guys.
