Palm refurbs any good?

I bought a new Palm from Office Depot, It fell about 18" from the sofa to the carpeted floor and went belly up. Called Palm and they did a next day swap with a refurb model. The glass felt rough under the stylus. I called and they sent out another one the next day. It's perfect and it's been dropped hard. Still working perfectly. My experience with Palm was great. They gave me a bad one, which can happen, but they made it good by sending me a perfect replacement so I really dog them out. I'd buy a refurb in a minute since I know that they will back the product.

As long as it comes with a warranty, I'd buy (and have bought) refurbished products.
You'll have to ask Palm Store what comes with it though.
