Palm Pre - Anyway to turn up incoming voice volume through the software?

The plastic part of the volume button broke off a few months back. The up/down volume buttons still worked, but just were kinda hard to press w/o the plastic cover piece.

However today, I noticed my up volume is missing the actual metal button depresser part to it and I can not turn up the incoming voice volume now. The down button works still (as in, I can still press it), but not the up volume button. My incoming voice volume is set at lowest sound right now which sucks because it's hard to hear ppl sometimes.

Is there any way for me to turn up the incoming voice volume through the software settings?

The only things I see in terms of volume control software wise are:

1. Ringer volume
2. Sound effects volume (not the same as incoming voice volume)

Any help is appreciated it.

Do you have Preware installed? If so, I'm 99% sure there's a patch to add a volume slider to the call screen.

Definitely install preware, I think the package you are looking for is volume slider in the 'top bar' section. While you are at it, install Uberkernal and Guvnah and enjoy your new device.

Yeah, if you have a Pre or Pixi and don't have Uberkernal installed, you're really missing out.
