We have a palm pilot here that a user has at work but its not syncing their subcategorized Contacts. They have their contact lists within subfolders in Outlook. It will sync all of the contacts that are in the root contact folder but none of the subfolders. Does anyone know if this is a problem or if a program is available to sync the subfolders and possibly the Global Exchange address book??
