Palm Pilot and bar code scanner?

Anyone here ever use it? We're looking into using it, and I was wondering if anyone here have used a type of portable bar code scanner that interfaces with a Palm Pilot or any other PDA. I've found a few implementations from here, but if anyone has a better suggestion, I'm all ears. And if anyone here's done something like this, please let me know how well these things work, and etc. Thanks.
